8-layer RO4350B ceramic
This is an 8-layer high-frequency laminate, RO4350B ceramic, part of the RO4000 series of hydrocarbon‑ceramic high-frequency substrates. It has a Dk of 3.48 ± 0.05 and a Df of 0.0037 at 10 GHz. Compared with RO4350B, its most notable feature is approximately tenfold improvement in oxidation resistance, along with more stable long-term performance at elevated temperatures. It is well suited for automotive‑grade and industrial high‑frequency applications, can be co‑laminated with standard FR‑4, and does not require the specialized processing typically needed for PTFE laminates, resulting in lower manufacturing complexity.
