The company currently operates three SMT production lines. As a leader in China’s SMT component‑mounting sector, it offers delivery within as little as 48 hours and, for standard orders, within 96 hours—pioneering rapid SMT assembly turnaround times. The facility is equipped with both manual SMT placement and fully automated machine‑placement lines, a ten‑zone reflow oven, BGA rework stations, AOI and X‑ray inspection systems, electrically heated forced‑air drying ovens, smart anti‑static soldering irons, high‑frequency cleaning equipment, and precision BGA rework workstations. A state‑of‑the‑art ERP management system has been implemented to enable real‑time monitoring of order‑production status, emphasizing standardized management practices, streamlined processing workflows, and data‑driven quality control. Specifically, SMT defect rates are tightly controlled at no more than 100 ppm (parts per million), with a first‑pass yield exceeding 95% and a delivery‑quality rate above 99.5%.
